Kamal Elzubeir

Chairman

Kamal Elzubeir is an accomplished leader in the financial and investment sectors with over four decades of experience spanning banking, project management, and consultancy. He has been instrumental in offering strategic advisory services to businesses and investors, guiding them toward sustainable growth and success.

Earlier in his career, he served as the CEO and General Manager of a prominent banking institution, overseeing its development from inception to becoming a key player in the financial market. His tenure saw the implementation of foundational systems, organizational frameworks, and robust regulatory policies. Additionally, he played a vital role in managing the bank’s operations while reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

His expertise extends to international trade finance, credit facilities, and syndicated financing. He has held senior leadership positions with global financial institutions, where he managed multi-million-dollar portfolios and established strong correspondent banking relationships across the GCC, Europe, and Asia. His background also includes hands-on experience in project management, having contributed to major industrial projects in his early career.

A strong advocate for strategic planning and systems analysis, Kamal holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Planning and Systems Analysis, complementing his Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He is widely recognized for his visionary leadership, innovative problem-solving and unwavering commitment to excellence in all his professional endeavors.

Ahmed Omer

Board Member

Ahmed Elzubeir is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in corporate banking, relationship management, and financial operations. With a career spanning almost two decades, he has made significant contributions to the financial services industry, specializing in credit structuring, corporate finance, and strategic marketing.

He oversaw critical functions including finance transaction management, marketing strategy development, and client relationship cultivation. His leadership has driven operational efficiency and strengthened the organization’s presence in the market through innovative marketing initiatives and robust customer engagement strategies.

Prior to this role, he held various key positions at a prominent banking institution, including Head of Corporate Finance and Senior Relationship Manager. His responsibilities encompassed managing corporate finance portfolios, structuring credit facilities, and promoting banking products to expand market share. His strategic approach to portfolio management and customer service earned him recognition as a trusted advisor to both new and longstanding clients.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economic and Political Science. His dedication to excellence and his commitment to fostering meaningful business relationships have established him as a dynamic leader in the financial industry.

Aymen Elzubier

Aymen Elzubier is a distinguished engineering professional with around two decades of experience in energy infrastructure, industrial construction, and facilities management in MENA and GCC regions. His career reflects a steadfast commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Aymen has held key roles with leading organizations, excelling in project management, energy systems operation, and high-profile construction projects. His extensive expertise in overseeing turnkey EPC scopes for power transmission substations and managing giga-scale power plants highlights his technical acumen and strategic insight.

An accredited Project Management Professional (PMP), he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and memberships in respected engineering councils. With a deep passion for renewable energy and a proven ability to execute complex projects, Aymen remains a driving force in advancing sustainable energy solutions and fostering organizational growth.
