Applying for lease financing with ULIC is straightforward, Simply gather the required documents listed below and follow our process to secure the equipment you need.

Requirements for companies

  • Finance application
  • Certificate of Incorporation ‘full registration certificate’
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • List of company owners (shareholders) with their National IDs or Passports
  • Proof of business address (Utility bill or lease agreement)
  • Bank statement for the last six months
  • Board resolution authorizing the application
  • Business license or permit
  • Audited financial statements for the last 3 years
  • Proof of Collateral
  • Credit history
  • Business plan and source of income for the requested finance
  • Declaration form
  • Other specific documents will be required depending on the nature of your business

Requirements for Individuals

  • Finance application
  • Copy of valid National ID or Passport
  • Two recent passport-sized photographs
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate
  • Proof of residence (Utility bill or rental agreement)
  • Bank statement for the last three months
  • Employment and salary confirmation letter
  • Proof of Collateral
  • Credit history
  • Declaration form
